About the role#
Duquesne University is hiring an AV Technician for the School of Music. This is a paid, part-time position that operates on a rolling basis. You will work on-site in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
What you'll do#
- Record audio and video for School of Music events.
- Manage sound reinforcement and stage operations for concerts and performances.
- Work in teams for large events or independently for smaller ones.
- Monitor technology labs within the Music School.
- Assist with classroom technology needs.
What you'll need#
- Current work-study eligibility.
- Experience with audio and video recording hardware and software.
- Familiarity with sound reinforcement equipment.
- Enrollment in Media Studies or a related field.
