About the role#
Emerson is hiring a Product Management Engineering Co-op for the Winter 2027 term. This is a full-time, paid position based in Shakopee, Minnesota. You will work on-site to support product life cycle management and business growth goals.
What you'll do#
- Drive business growth and act as a subject matter expert for assigned products.
- Develop expertise regarding the sales channel, customer care, and operations.
- Create digital tools, training materials, and collateral for field and inside sales teams.
- Assist with launching new products and features in local markets.
- Evaluate sales channel readiness for new product offerings.
- Host customer visits at factories, sales offices, or customer sites.
- Gather market intelligence on industry trends and competition.
- Participate in the execution of pricing and discount strategies.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer, Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week in-person.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- A GPA of 3.0 or above is preferred.

- Term: Winter 2027 (January 2027 to May 2027).

- Compensation: $24 to $28 per hour, based on experience and year in school.
