    About the role#

    As a Product Management Engineering Intern, you will apply your technical background to help manage a product life cycle. You will work across teams, including product design, business leaders, and marketing, to support revenue, profitability, and quality goals. This role requires an on-site presence in Shakopee, Minnesota.

    What you'll do#

    • Drive business growth and act as a subject matter expert for assigned product lines.
    • Build digital tools, training materials, and collateral to support field and inside sales teams.
    • Assist in launching new products and features in local markets.
    • Gather market intelligence regarding industry trends and competition.
    • Participate in the strategy and execution of pricing and discount structures.
    • Collaborate with sales management to host customer visits at factories, sales offices, or customer sites.

    What you'll need#

    • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Computer, or Industrial Engineering.
    • Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week) in an on-site environment.
    • Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
    • A GPA of 3.0 or above.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    • Employment Type: Full-time internship.
    • Compensation: $24-$28 per hour, depending on year in school and experience.
