    About the role#

    Entegris is seeking a Mechanical Test Engineer Co-Op for our Chaska, Minnesota site. This is a full-time, 6-month assignment for the Winter 2027 term. You will work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from January through June.

    What you'll do#

    • Perform hands-on testing of wafer and reticle handling products using laboratory equipment.
    • Characterize and analyze products to ensure accurate data.
    • Design, build, and test custom laboratory equipment and fixtures.
    • Develop new test methods with a focus on product reliability.
    • Analyze test data, write reports, and create PowerPoint presentations to share your findings with the team.
    • Collaborate with team members on various testing projects.
    • Routinely lift loads up to 20 pounds.

    What you'll need#

    • Currently enrolled student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
    • Expected graduation date of May 2027 or later.
    • Strong mechanical aptitude and an interest in laboratory experimentation and data analysis.
    • Ability to document results, present findings, and work effectively in a team environment.
    • Familiarity with your university's requirements for participating in a co-op program.

    • Location: Chaska, MN.
    • Work Modality: On-site.
    • Compensation: $20-$30 per hour.
    • Note: This position does not offer immigration sponsorship.
