About the role#
As a Business Analyst in the Digital Engagement and Transformation organization, you will partner with business sponsors to translate customer needs into tangible solutions. This role sits within the Personalization product squad. You will focus on delivering consistent experiences across our mobile and web platforms by utilizing data research, AI, and machine learning models.
What you'll do#
- Support the development and enablement of personalization initiatives, including customer segments and targeting rules.
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams such as analytics, technology, product, and marketing to deliver new initiatives.
- Analyze customer data and interactions to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Measure initiative outcomes and develop innovative solutions to address customer problems.
- Stay updated on industry trends related to customer experience and personalization.
What you'll need#
- Working toward a Master’s Degree in business, computer science, data analytics, or business analytics is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate across multiple teams to articulate requirements and manage expectations.
- Skill in breaking down complex problems into manageable components.
- Ability to synthesize data-driven findings into clear, actionable insights.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid co-op position.
- The role is based on-site in Boston, Massachusetts, Merrimack, New Hampshire, or Smithfield, Rhode Island.
