About the role#
This IT Audit co-op position offers an opportunity to gain experience in information security and financial services. You will join a team responsible for executing complex technology audits across areas such as cloud, DevOps, cybersecurity, AI, and data governance. This is a full-time, paid position for the Winter 2027 term, running from January through July.
What you'll do#
- Evaluate technology risks and controls.
- Help execute complex audit reviews.
- Communicate issues and findings to management.
- Devise solutions for business improvements.
- Follow up on corrective actions.
- Assess the adequacy and effectiveness of controls, risk management, compliance, and governance processes.
- Report on issues and solutions that improve the control environment.
- Respond to change through continuous risk assessment and resource allocation.
- Provide audit advisory services on new and changing products and systems.
What you'll need#
- Working towards a Bachelors (rising senior) or Masters degree in cyber security, information security, or IT risk/assurance.
- GPA of 3.0 or higher in both your overall studies and major.
- Leadership experience in school, work, or extracurricular activities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Strong written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Knowledge in two or more of the following: network and systems security, programming or scripting languages, application security and DevOps, cloud computing, containerization and virtualization, databases, or web services and APIs.
- A goal-driven, positive attitude and a willingness to take initiative.

- This role is on-site at one of the following locations: Boston, Massachusetts; Merrimack, New Hampshire; Covington, Kentucky; or Westlake, Texas.
- This position does not provide immigration sponsorship.
