About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2026. You will work under the direction of a Field Sales Agronomist to gain hands-on experience in agronomy. The role requires travel and the ability to work independently.
What you'll do#
- Visit FS locations and customers to build professional relationships.
- Participate in all phases of field crop research, including planning, planting, treatment, monitoring, and harvesting.
- Coordinate communication across multiple sites and schedule field activities.
- Operate field research and crop monitoring equipment.
- Assist with data entry, report generation, and field events.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree or certification program at a community college, technical college, or university.
- Relevant coursework in Agriculture, Environmental Engineering, Business Administration, Biology, or Economics.
- A valid driver's license and the ability to travel independently.
- Ability and willingness to participate in all required training.
- Demonstrated skills in collaboration, business knowledge, and independent work.
