    About the role#

    This internship offers a chance to work on industrial construction projects across the United States. You will work alongside experienced mentors and field teams to build leadership skills during a 15-week summer term. This is a full-time, paid position that requires travel to project sites throughout the lower 48 states.

    What you'll do#

    • Help manage industrial construction projects.
    • Partner with project managers, superintendents, customers, and field teams to keep work moving.
    • Learn to manage project schedules, budgets, materials, RFI's, submittals, and logistics.
    • Build relationships with customers and teammates.
    • Travel to various project sites to gain hands-on experience.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment in a degree program for Construction Management, Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
    • Strong communication skills.
    • Motivation and a knack for solving problems.
    • A high level of organization.
    • Excitement about the prospect of traveling for work.

    Location & details#

    • Location: Fargo, North Dakota (with national travel required).
    • Term: Summer 2027.
    • Work Modality: On-site.
    • Compensation: $20 to $22 per hour.
    • Status: Full-time, paid internship.
