About the role#
As a Quality Management student, you will join the Engineering Services department at our home office. This role provides exposure to various engineering disciplines and builds a foundation in quality management systems. You will work alongside experienced professionals to support project execution and learn how engineering teams operate in a real-world setting.
What you'll do#
- Conduct assessments to ensure compliance with internal and external standards across all engineering disciplines.
- Support and lead assigned continuous improvement projects within Engineering Services.
- Participate in day-to-day team initiatives and contribute to project execution activities.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering in any discipline.
- Completed at least 1 year of post-secondary education and returning to school.
- Demonstrated interest in quality management, process optimization, or change management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and proactively.
- Strong attention to detail.
