    About the role#

    John Deere is hiring a Part-Time Student for an engineering position in Rock Valley, Iowa. This is a paid, on-site role for the Summer 2026 term.

    What you'll do#

    You will help with engineering projects and designs while supporting senior engineers in their daily work. Your time will include participating in project planning sessions and team meetings. You will also gather data, conduct research, and work with the team to finish assigned tasks.

    What you'll need#

    We are looking for students currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering, or a related field. You should have strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Success in this role requires effective communication and the ability to work well within a team. You should also be proficient in relevant engineering software.

    This position is located in Rock Valley, Iowa. It is an on-site, part-time role. Sponsorship is not available for this position.
