About the role#
This is a paid, 11-week summer internship program. You will be fully integrated into the team to handle day-to-day responsibilities while leading an individual strategic project. At the end of the summer, you will present your findings to senior leadership for the opportunity to be considered for a full-time return offer into the Management Trainee program. Interns are paired with a mentor and a buddy to guide their experience.
What you'll do#
- Implement L'Oreal for the Future sustainability programs.
- Support sustainable sourcing initiatives, including supply chain data collection and analysis.
- Research and execute projects related to sustainable packaging goals.
- Assist marketing teams in communicating sustainability efforts and developing consumer-facing materials.
- Lead an individual strategic project to be presented to senior leadership.
- Support the broader team with philanthropy, communications, and employee engagement.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a 4-year college or university with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and July 2028.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or Environmental Engineering.
- Minimum 3.5 GPA.
- Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent, ongoing basis without sponsorship.
- Ability to start working full-time starting September 2028 upon graduation.

- Locations: New York, New York, and El Segundo, California.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Modality: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote).
- Compensation: $27-$30 per hour, depending on geographic location.
