About the role#
We are hiring a Systems Engineering Intern to join our team in Clifton. This is a full-time, paid position. You will work on-site as part of a 9/80 schedule, which includes every other Friday off.
What you'll do#
- Analyze operational needs and create concepts of operation.
- Build design and implementation plans.
- Write test plans, procedures, and cases.
- Run tests and document the results.
- Use software tools, scripts, and hardware or software troubleshooting techniques.
- Review system requirements from users and end systems.
- Support the development and evaluation of complex system architectures.
- Present design activity plans and status updates to customers.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program for Systems, Electrical, Mechanical, Computer, or Aerospace Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or Aviation.
- Coursework or experience in systems engineering, architecture, analysis, and design.
- Familiarity with system performance modeling and integration.
- Experience with project management or model-based systems engineering.
- Familiarity with Rhapsody.
