    About the role#

    This co-op program provides students with hands-on experience in industrial automation and manufacturing. You will work on projects within our Plymouth facility, connecting your academic background to real-world engineering challenges. The program includes mentorship, technical training, and professional development sessions. Participants are required to attend an Immersion Day at our Cleveland headquarters early in the term, with all travel expenses covered.

    What you'll do#

    • Design PLC software and HMIs for industrial automation equipment.
    • Debug and troubleshoot PLC software.
    • Create and maintain electrical schematics.
    • Manage task lists and track open project items.
    • Prepare project design documentation and customer deliverables.

    What you'll need#

    • Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
    • Minimum overall GPA of 3.0.
    • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
    • Genuine interest in working within a manufacturing environment.
    • Eligibility to work in the United States on a full-time basis without sponsorship.
