About the role#
Lincoln Electric is hiring an Engineering Intern for a rolling term in Gainesville, Georgia. This is a paid, full-time, on-site position. You will work directly with our engineering teams to support product development and manufacturing operations.
What you'll do#
- Partner with R&D Engineers to develop new products.
- Review product designs to improve manufacturing processes.
- Analyze and improve the quality and production output of global products.
- Collaborate with the engineering team on capital projects and production support.
- Select, specify, and implement equipment to improve product manufacturing.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Bachelor of Science program for Mechanical, Computer, or Industrial Engineering.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis. We do not provide sponsorship.
- A genuine interest in working within a manufacturing environment.
