About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience within the Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) functions at our manufacturing site. You will bridge the gap between your academic studies and real-world industrial operations. The program includes mentorship, professional development workshops, and opportunities to participate in company culture events.
What you'll do#
- Manage customer inquiries related to product stewardship.
- Perform industrial hygiene monitoring and weld fume analysis in the workplace.
- Assist with data modeling for life cycle assessments.
- Create EHS guidance documents and fact sheets.
- Conduct safety risk assessments, site inspections, and incident analysis.
- Support environmental projects focused on reducing energy, water, and waste.
- Develop training materials and safety programs.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing or have completed a bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Sociology, or Public Health.
- You have a minimum GPA of 3.0.
- You have a genuine interest in sustainability and EHS work.
- You want to work in a manufacturing environment.
- You are eligible to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without sponsorship.

- This role is based in Cleveland, Ohio.
- The position requires full-time, on-site attendance.
- The program runs during the Summer of 2027.
