About the role#
We are hiring a Business Systems Analyst Intern to support the Sales Effectiveness and Productivity portfolio. This role reports to the Lead Business Systems Analyst and runs from January to April 2027. You will work in a hybrid environment, spending three days per week in the office.
What you'll do#
- Analyze business processes, systems, data, and delivery workflows.
- Document and validate requirements using user stories.
- Support Agile ceremonies and maintain delivery artifacts like Jira backlogs.
- Perform data analysis, validation, reporting, and model testing.
- Communicate status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
- Support testing, release readiness, and implementation activities.
- Maintain support documentation including known issues and reference notes.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Business or Technology post-secondary program, with plans to return to school in January 2027.
- Understanding of Agile ways of working.
- Knowledge of requirements gathering, process analysis, and data design techniques.
- Effective communication skills for oral, written, and presentation tasks.
- Ability to work independently and within an Agile team.
- Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Office, Jira, Confluence, and Power Apps is helpful.
- Interest in emerging technologies like AI tools, the investment industry, or dealer back-office operations is an asset.
