About the role#
Mackenzie Investments is looking for an intern to join our Internal Sales team in Montreal for the winter 2027 term. This is a full-time, paid position running from January through April 2027. You will work 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday, gaining experience in the investment management sector while supporting our wholesale sales model.
What you'll do#
- Conduct research and prepare reports or proposals to present to the team.
- Support the sales team with daily tasks, including fund comparisons, performance research, and competitive analysis.
- Assist with territory management planning and Salesforce maintenance.
- Review operational processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Contribute to business projects and marketing campaigns.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a post-secondary program related to Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Psychology, Sociology, or Communications.
- Mandatory bilingualism in French and English.
- Proven leadership skills and a strong interest in a financial services career.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

- Location: Montreal, Quebec.
- Modality: Hybrid, with three days per week spent in the office.
- Term: Winter 2027 (January to April).
