About the role#
The Project Management Intern will focus on addressing warranty-related issues to improve product quality and customer satisfaction. You will use structured problem-solving methods to identify trends, determine root causes, and implement solutions. This role involves working across departments to enhance manufacturing and business processes.
What you'll do#
- Design new processes and re-engineer existing ones to meet safety and quality standards.
- Evaluate warranty data to identify issues and understand trends.
- Follow a structured problem-solving process to address and resolve warranty concerns.
- Consult with suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
- Coordinate and evaluate the testing of vehicle components.
- Provide technical assistance during the rollout of solutions on the assembly floor.
- Prepare information for product support bulletins.
What you'll need#
- Working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to collaborate effectively on team projects.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
