About the role#
Pace Cleans is a student-run business operating on the Pleasantville campus. We hire students for both cleaning crew roles and management positions. If you start on a crew, you are eligible for promotion into management later. This role offers hands-on experience in entrepreneurship and business operations.
What you'll do#
- Perform cleaning duties across campus.
- Complete shopping trips to purchase necessary supplies.
- Take on other assigned tasks as needed.
- Manage business operations if you are in a management position.
- Work shifts that are typically 2 to 3 hours long, scheduled around your availability.
What you'll need#
- You must be a current student at Pace University in Pleasantville.
- You must have a major or minor in Business Administration.
- An interest in cleaning, entrepreneurship, and business management.
- The ability to work independently.
- Strong customer service and organizational skills.
Location & details#
- Location: Pleasantville, New York.
- Work modality: On-site.
- Schedule: Up to 20 hours per week during the school session and up to 35 hours per week during breaks.
- Term: Rolling.
