About the role#
The Student Residence Director builds a supportive, inclusive, and engaging living environment for students in the Law School residential community. This role focuses on the daily operations of Dannat Hall.
What you'll do#
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of Dannat Hall.
- Manage resident life programming.
- Supervise Resident Assistants.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all residents.
What you'll need#
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A reliable and patient approach when interacting with visitors.
- Strong customer service and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently.
Location & details#
- Location: White Plains, New York.
- Schedule: Maximum of 20 hours per week while school is in session, up to 35 hours per week during breaks.
- Term: Rolling.
- Work Modality: On-site.
