About the role#
The Clinical Student Intern observes and participates in a variety of clinical experiences at Magnolia Primary Care. You will assist in providing patient care in an assigned clinical setting and perform related duties as assigned. This is a paid, full-time internship opportunity.
What you'll do#
- Observe clinical operations in a primary care setting.
- Assist the care team with direct patient care tasks.
- Complete assigned duties to support the clinic staff.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited Medical Assisting Program in good standing.
- Completion of at least one module or one quarter of your Medical Assistant program before your start date.
- Ability to obtain a National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
