About the role#
Rochester Regional Health seeks CRNAs to join our team. We offer positions for both new graduates and experienced providers. You will work across multiple hospital settings, including Rochester General Hospital and Unity Hospital. What you'll do#
- Provide anesthesia care in a variety of hospital settings.
- Collaborate with physician partners to deliver patient care.
- Practice at the top of your license.
- Participate in required continuing education.
- Manage your own schedule with a variety of shift options.
What you'll need#
- Experience in anesthesia care.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong clinical decision-making ability.
- Ability to self-schedule your shifts.
- Current SRNAs are eligible for CLASP student loan repayment assistance up to $180,000.

- Compensation: $300,000 to $375,000 base pay range.
- Physical requirements: Medium work, including frequent walking, standing, or squatting, and the ability to move objects weighing 20 to 50 pounds.
