About the role#
This is a paid, full-time internship for Fall 2026. You will spend half of your time coaching youth soccer sessions and the other half supporting business operations, marketing, and community events. This role offers a mix of field work and office experience.
What you'll do#
- Lead fun and engaging soccer sessions for children ages 18 months to 8 years.
- Assist with marketing initiatives to promote youth sports programs.
- Support daily business operations at the office.
- Help coordinate and attend community events.
What you'll need#
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- A desire to positively impact children through sports and fitness.
- Prior experience working with children is preferred.
- A valid driver's license and access to an insured personal vehicle.
- Reliable transportation for commuting to the office and traveling to coaching sites.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Preferred majors include Marketing, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, and Operations Management.
Location & details#
- Location: Frederick, Maryland.
- Term: August 17 to December 4, 2026.
- Work Modality: Hybrid (50% on-field coaching and 50% office/events).
- Schedule: 30+ hours per week, including weekends.
