About the role#
This is a paid internship for the Fall 2026 term. You will spend roughly half your time leading soccer sessions on the field and the other half supporting office operations. This role is designed for students in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations Management, Communications, or Psychology who want hands-on experience in youth sports management.
What you'll do#
- Lead fun and engaging soccer sessions for children ages 18 months to 8 years.
- Assist with day-to-day business operations and marketing initiatives.
- Support community events.
- Participate in both online and in-person training.
What you'll need#
- A genuine interest in positively impacting children through sports and fitness.
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- A valid driver’s license and access to an insured personal vehicle.
- Reliable transportation to commute to the office and various coaching sites.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Prior experience working with children is preferred, though soccer experience is not required.

- This position is based in Catonsville, Maryland.
- The role is full-time, requiring 30+ hours per week, including weekend availability.
- The work format is hybrid, split between on-field coaching and office tasks.
- Internship dates run from August 17 to December 4, 2026.
