About the role#
This internship offers a mix of field coaching and office support for the Fall 2026 term. You will gain hands-on experience in youth sports management while working with children ages 18 months to 8 years old. The role requires a commitment of 30+ hours per week, including weekend availability.
What you'll do#
- Lead fun, engaging soccer sessions for children at local schools and community centers.
- Support various marketing efforts to promote programs.
- Assist with day-to-day business operations.
- Help coordinate and support community events.
What you'll need#
- A genuine interest in positively impacting the lives of children.
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- A valid driver's license and access to an insured personal vehicle.
- Reliable transportation to commute between the office and coaching sites.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Prior experience working with children is preferred, though soccer experience is not required.
- Preferred majors include Business Administration, Marketing, Operations Management, Communications, or Kinesiology.

- Modality: Hybrid, with 50% on-field coaching and 50% office and event support.
