About the role#
As a Client Service Administrator on the Payout Annuity team, you will support the administration of defined benefit pension plans. You will work directly with plan sponsors and members to ensure accurate service delivery and effective communication.
What you'll do#
- Manage ongoing services for plan sponsors.
- Process member requests and financial transactions.
- Support reconciliation activities for sponsors and payments.
- Locate missing contract holders and follow up on missing member information.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel for managing large data sets.
- Ability to maintain high attention to detail and produce quality work.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
- Proactive communication and customer service skills.
- Analytical mindset for solving problems.
- Ability to manage stress in a high-pressure environment.
