About the role#
The Auto Claims Analyst intern will join the Auto Property Damage group within the Claims Department. This is a full-time, 10-week summer program designed to provide hands-on experience in the insurance industry. You will work on projects that support business growth while receiving mentorship from managers and subject matter experts.
What you'll do#
- Support the Auto Property Damage team with daily operations.
- Use analytical skills to build and improve proprietary business tools.
- Collect, analyze, and report data to meet customer requirements.
- Communicate regularly with customers, internal departments, and external partners.
- Develop reports to demonstrate value to agents and customers.
- Create and present a final project to management and leadership at the end of the summer.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's or advanced degree program, preferably in Business Administration, Data Science, Economics, or Finance.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred.
- Ability to commit to a full-time 10-week schedule.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship.

- This is a hybrid role based in Worcester, Massachusetts.
- The internship takes place during the Summer of 2027.
- This position is paid.
