About the role#
The Public Events Front of House team at The University of New Mexico is hiring student interns for part-time roles. This position offers an opportunity to gain experience in theatre and production operations while balancing your academic schedule. We prioritize your status as a student and coordinate shifts around your classes.
What you'll do#
- Manage ticketing operations for events.
- Staff the front of house and concessions areas.
- Handle administrative tasks as needed.
- Support patron relations to ensure a positive experience for guests.
What you'll need#
- Customer service skills.
- A strong work ethic and the ability to multitask.
- Availability to work nights and weekends, as many duties occur during scheduled events.
- Preferred: Prior experience with cash handling.
- Open to students in Communications, Business Administration, Art, or related fields.
