About the role#
The Clubhouse Maintenance intern supports the facility operations at TPC Las Vegas. You will ensure that the clubhouse and surrounding structures remain in good physical and structural condition. This role is open to transitioning service members participating in the DOD Skillbridge program.
What you'll do#
- Manage the inventory of all tools and keep accurate written records.
- Handle all repairs for the cart fleet and maintain detailed service logs for each vehicle.
- Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and kitchen equipment.
- Collect bids for major repairs, maintenance contracts, and capital projects for management review.
- Maintain key control logs and conduct quarterly inventories.
- Establish security guidelines and assist with training and enforcement of safety procedures, including alarm systems and lightning warning protocols.
- Monitor the cleanliness of the clubhouse, entrance, and parking areas at least four times daily.
What you'll need#
- You must be a transitioning service member.
- A valid driver's license is required.
- Two to three years of previous experience in a similar maintenance role.
- Thorough knowledge of building maintenance procedures.
- Familiarity with HVAC, plumbing, and equipment maintenance is preferred.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.

- This is a full-time, paid internship.
- The schedule includes shifts based on business levels.
