About the role#
Academic Technology Services (ATS) is looking for students to provide front line technical support across the University of Wyoming campus. You will serve as a resource for students, faculty, and staff by handling equipment delivery, system setups, and in-person troubleshooting. This role is based in the Information Technology Center, but you will travel across campus to assist in computer labs and public areas.
What you'll do#
- Provide front line tech provisioning, equipment delivery, and setup.
- Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting for Student Computer Lab systems, printers, personal computers, tablets, and phones.
- Assist with internet access issues in dorms and university apartments.
- Facilitate a checkout program for laptops, tablets, and multimedia devices.
- Help replace student lab computers during summer semesters.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a college student.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Working knowledge of consumer technology.
- A valid driver's license with an MVR compliant with university driving policies.
- A willingness to learn, flexibility, and the ability to communicate clearly.

- Modality: This is an on-site position requiring work on the university campus.
- Terms: This is a paid, full-time role with rolling start dates.
