About the role#
The Gas Operations Technical Specialist Intern will support the GOTS and Brighton operations teams. This position starts on May 31, 2027. You will work with foremen and senior staff to manage technical documentation, maintenance plans, and operational reporting. There is a possibility to extend this internship based on performance and business needs.
What you'll do#
- Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Create compliance-based maintenance plans.
- Clean up SAP reports and resolve open notifications.
- Gather information for company standards.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve open operational issues.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a Junior or higher as of Fall 2027.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Computer, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Enrollment in an ABET accredited college or university.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word.
- Ability to work full-time (up to 40 hours per week) during the summer and part-time (up to 20 hours per week) during the school year.
