    About the role#

    This is a paid, six-month Co-Op program within the Global Packaging organization. You will work on packaging projects that affect our business and patients. The role involves development, testing, and material selection across various packaging formats. You will work from our North Chicago campus.

    What you'll do#

    • Develop and test packaging for new projects.
    • Write and execute test protocols.
    • Identify and select materials while setting specifications.
    • Mine data to find standardization opportunities.
    • Research sustainability and packaging improvements.
    • Perform experiments in laboratory and manufacturing settings.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s program for Packaging or a related field, such as Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, or Environmental Engineering, Biology, Business Administration, Chemistry, or Graphic Design.
    • Expected graduation between December 2027 and June 2029.
    • You must return to university the semester following your Co-Op.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Strong academic performance.

    • Location: North Chicago, Illinois.
    • Term: January to June 2027.
    • Modality: On-site, at least three days per week.
    • Employment: Full-time.
