About the role#
The Health, Human Performance, and Recreation Department is looking for students to act as models for a therapeutic exercise research project. You will demonstrate various exercises ranging from simple stretches to more strenuous movements like jumps. This is a temporary role that ends once the required photography is complete.
What you'll do#
- Pose for therapeutic exercise photos.
- Follow instructions from the production team regarding wardrobe and positioning.
- Maintain a professional attitude on set.
- Stay available for scheduled shoots, sometimes on short notice.
- Complete other tasks as needed to support the department.
What you'll need#
- You must be a current Baylor University student in good academic standing.
- You should be comfortable in front of a camera and able to follow directions.
- You must be able to perform the exercises required for the shoot.
- Your total student employment across all campus positions cannot exceed 20 hours during the week of a project.
- You need to be reliable and punctual.
Location & details#
- Location: Waco, Texas. Work takes place at MMGYM 110.
- Term: Summer 2026 (June through August).
- Schedule: 1-2 hours per week, Monday through Friday, between 12-1pm or after 5pm.
- Pay: $10-$12 per hour, depending on experience and student status.
