    About the role#

    This summer internship offers exposure to retail sales, agronomy, and grain operations. You will work alongside our teams to support producers and gain hands-on experience in the agricultural supply chain. This is a 16-week, full-time paid position designed to build your professional skills in a practical setting.

    What you'll do#

    • Identify weeds, crop diseases, growth stages, insect issues, and nutrient or soil deficiencies.
    • Plan and execute customer events and assist with setting up demonstration trials.
    • Handle grain elevator operations, such as loading and unloading rail cars, moving grain, and performing maintenance.
    • Manage crop input retail tasks, including shipping and receiving merchandise.
    • Provide recommendations and solutions for fertilizers and pesticides to meet customer needs.

    What you'll need#

    • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or diploma from an accredited program with a graduation date between December 2027 and August 2029.
    • Available to complete the full 16-week internship from May to August 2027.
    • A valid Canadian driver’s licence in good standing.
    • Legal entitlement to work for Cargill in Canada.
    • Ability to work in outdoor conditions with potential exposure to sun, wind, rain, pollen, dust, and insects.

    Location & details#

    • This is an on-site role based in Saskatchewan, with potential openings in Clavet, Rosetown, Moose Jaw, or Regina.
    • The internship is a paid, full-time commitment for the summer of 2027.
