    About the role#

    This position supports the IT operations at DigiPen Institute of Technology. You will assist the Client Services team in maintaining the stability of our infrastructure and supporting workstations across labs and classrooms. This role requires you to be available for up to 20 hours per week, with some evening and weekend shifts possible.

    What you'll do#

    • Resolve incoming Help Desk tickets.
    • Respond to requests for assistance via phone and email.
    • Set up and repair computer hardware and related equipment.
    • Track and report your hours worked accurately.
    • Provide direct support for workstations in campus labs and classrooms.

    What you'll need#

    • You must be a current, matriculated student at DigiPen Institute of Technology.
    • You must have an accepted Federal Work Study (FWS) award.
    • Maintain good academic standing with a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5.
    • Possess a basic understanding of computer hardware and Windows 11 support.
    • Demonstrate attention to detail and a focus on client needs.
    • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform tasks such as stooping, kneeling, or crouching.

    Location & details#

    • Location: Redmond, Washington. You must reside within the state of Washington to perform this work.
    • Term: Fall 2026 through Spring 2027 (August 31, 2026 to May 7, 2027).
    • Pay: $17.85 per hour.
    • Note: You cannot work during times when you have a scheduled class. Resident Advisors are not eligible for this FWS position.
