About the role#
Entegris is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Co-Op for the Winter 2027 term at our site in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This is a full-time, six-month assignment. You will work on-site from Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., from January through June.
What you'll do#
- Design and build manufacturing tools, fixtures, and production aids using 3D printing and machining.
- Support the scaling of operations as projects move from the prototyping phase to full production.
- Create and document standard procedures for manufacturing processes.
- Use lean manufacturing principles to reduce costs, improve quality, and increase operational efficiency.
- Work alongside interdisciplinary teams, including Automation, Quality, Safety, Systems, and New Product Introduction.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program for Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Junior or Senior status with an expected graduation in 2027 or 2028.
- Familiarity with CAD software such as SolidWorks, additive manufacturing, and general manufacturing processes.
- A hands-on approach and a willingness to work in a laboratory environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with your university requirements for participating in a co-op program.

- Term: Winter 2027 (January through June).
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
