About the role#
Ferguson Construction is hiring Co-ops for Summer 2027 to work in both field and office settings. This program provides hands-on experience and mentorship for students interested in commercial construction. You will work alongside professionals to learn trade skills, project management, and administrative operations.
What you'll do#
Field Co-ops work directly with craftworkers on active sites. Your responsibilities include:
- Ensuring a safe work environment.
- Supporting quality construction standards.
- Assisting with project planning, scheduling, and cost management.
- Collaborating with project stakeholders.
- Providing customer service.
Office Co-ops support the daily operations of our project teams. Your tasks include:
- Providing administrative assistance to leadership and management teams.
- Supporting project management, HR, engineering, and safety departments.
- Contributing to the efficient operation of project workflows.
What you'll need#
- You must be a current college student enrolled in a related field.
- A genuine interest in commercial construction.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- A desire for professional growth and long-term career development.
- A growing familiarity with the construction industry.
