About the role#
Ferguson Construction is hiring for a Field and Office Co-op position for the Summer 2027 term. This role provides students with hands-on experience in construction administration and field operations. You will work alongside professionals to learn how projects are managed, from initial planning to final completion.
What you'll do#
- Work alongside field craftworkers to learn about construction projects.
- Assist onsite with safety, quality control, planning, scheduling, and cost management.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to support project goals.
- Support office operations and leadership.
- Assist project management teams with daily tasks.
- Provide administrative assistance to HR, engineering, safety, and architecture teams.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a college student in a related field.
- A desire for growth and long-term thinking.
- Relationship-building skills.
- A growing familiarity with the construction industry.
- Ability to pass a background investigation and drug test.
