    About the role#

    As a Co-op on the Alts Investor Operations and Oversight team, you will support the daily operations for offering and investor documentation. You will also assist with general oversight processes for private alternative investment funds. This role provides exposure to private fund documentation, vetting key provisions, and operationalizing investor agreements. You will work across the firm to simplify complex structures and ensure consistent execution throughout the investor lifecycle.

    What you'll do#

    • Support daily operations for offering and investor documentation.
    • Assist with oversight processes for private alternative investment funds.
    • Review private fund documentation and vet key provisions.
    • Operationalize investor agreements.
    • Partner with Legal, Compliance, Sales, Product, and Technology teams.
    • Simplify complex structures to enable growth.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment in a Finance, Economics, or Business Administration program.
    • General awareness of financial markets and products.
    • Ability to adapt and learn quickly in complex situations.
    • Strong judgment in assessing urgency, risk, and impact.
    • Ability to prioritize competing initiatives.
    • Effective communication skills.
    • Outstanding work ethic, attention to detail, and dedication to excellence.

    Location & details#

    • This is a full-time, paid position.
    • Work is on-site in Boston, Massachusetts or Westlake, Texas.
    • The term is rolling.
