About the role#
HNTB is seeking a Graphic Design Intern for the Summer 2027 term. This is a full-time, paid internship based in our West Florida offices. You will work under close supervision to support various departments and projects with administrative tasks and research.
What you'll do#
- Prepare reports and edit documents.
- Track and evaluate project results.
- Coordinate program developments.
- Handle routine inquiries, answer phones, and manage appointments.
- Transmit information and make copies as needed.
- Participate in team meetings and interface with different departments.
- Assist management with data analysis.
- Conduct research for special projects.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program related to Graphic Design.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently.
- Skill in prioritizing tasks and multi-tasking.
