About the role#
This is a summer 2027 internship for current or recent HNTB interns. You will support our engineering teams on infrastructure projects by assisting with design calculations, technical reports, and engineering plans. This role is based in Salt Lake City and requires on-site work.
What you'll do#
- Assist engineering teams with daily tasks and project duties.
- Perform research, development, and design work in partnership with the project team.
- Prepare engineering drawings and documents as assigned.
- Develop conceptual and detailed designs to support project execution.
- Modify design calculations and technical specifications.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited post-secondary engineering program.
- A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Status as a current or recent HNTB intern.
