About the role#
As a Consumer Insights intern, you will work directly with our innovation and marketing teams to understand consumer behavior. You will contribute to real projects while working alongside team members from various functional areas. This role includes an extensive onboarding and training program to help you apply your technical and communication skills to customer-facing work.
What you'll do#
- Use qualitative and quantitative research methods to answer business questions.
- Support new product development by gathering consumer feedback.
- Analyze consumer usage of existing products to understand how they compare to the competition.
- Study how long-term trends affect the success of our products.
- Translate consumer data into stories that help drive brand success.
- Identify business insights based on consumer attitudes and behaviors.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program for Marketing Research, Marketing, Communications, Anthropology, or a related field.
- Junior or senior status is preferred, with a minimum 3.5 GPA strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and oral communication, organization, and presentation skills.
- Ability to tell a story using data.
- A curious mindset and a desire to ask what comes next.
- Ability to contribute positively to a team environment.
- Must be at least 18 years old.

- Term: Summer 2027 (Starting May 24, 2027).
- Modality: On-site.
- Employment type: Full-time, paid internship.
