About the role#
As an Engineering Assistant Intern, you will support Mechanical Project Engineers and Designers with their daily tasks. This is a full-time, paid, on-site internship based in Coldwater, Ohio. You will focus on design and development projects while gaining hands-on experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
What you'll do#
- Create component and schematic drawings.
- Update and revise existing technical drawings.
- Help create and assemble service manuals.
- Provide technical support to the estimating, sales, production, and service departments.
- Collaborate with machine builders, electricians, and management teams.
What you'll need#
- A high school degree, GED, or current enrollment in a skills trade school.
- Current pursuit of a technical or bachelor degree in Mechanical, Computer, or Electrical Engineering.
- Familiarity with company quality objectives.
- A commitment to company values.
