About the role#
Lincoln Electric is seeking engineering students for a Spring 2027 Co-op program at our Euclid, Ohio facility. This program connects your academic background with hands-on experience in advanced manufacturing. You will work on projects in automation, manufacturing, and research and development while receiving mentorship and technical training.
What you'll do#
- Design machines or systems.
- Create detailed design specifications, manufacturing instructions, assembly drawings, and testing protocols.
- Test prototype equipment.
- Execute quality control processes to resolve production problems.
- Develop new consumables through applied research.
- Assist in the design and implementation of safety mechanisms and controls for industrial machinery.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing or achieved a bachelor's degree in engineering.
- Eligible to work in the U.S. on a full-time, permanent basis without sponsorship.
- Minimum overall GPA of 3.0.
- Interest in working in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Preferred majors include Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial, and Civil Engineering.
