About the role#
This is a 12-week internship program designed for students interested in long-term career growth at Pentair. You will join a cohort of students for a summer of professional development, mentorship, and hands-on projects. The program is a pipeline for our full-time Marketing Leadership Development Program, and we look for interns who intend to pursue that path after graduation.
What you'll do#
- Take ownership of a strategic business project and present your objectives, processes, and results to company leadership at the end of the summer.
- Collaborate with experienced professionals on real-world tasks that support our mission.
- Participate in networking events, executive speaker sessions, and a team case competition.
- Engage in development experiences designed to build your professional network and skills.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a junior undergraduate student with a preferred graduation date of Spring 2028.
- Pursuit of a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Journalism, Advertising, Public Relations, Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- A strong interest in joining our full-time Marketing Leadership Development Program after graduation.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid, on-site internship for Summer 2027.
- Locations include Golden Valley, Minnesota, and Charlotte, North Carolina.
- You must be willing to relocate to these sites for the duration of the program.
