About the role#
This internship offers a mix of field coaching and office experience. You will work with children ages 18 months to 8 years old, helping them learn soccer through age-appropriate, high-energy sessions. This is a full-time, paid position for the Fall 2026 term. You will gain insight into the daily operations of a youth sports franchise while working in a hybrid format that splits your time between coaching, office tasks, and community events.
What you'll do#
- Lead fun and engaging soccer sessions for children.
- Support marketing initiatives and business operations.
- Assist with community events.
- Participate in training and development activities.
What you'll need#
- A desire to impact children's lives through sports and fitness.
- You must be at least 18 years of age.
- A valid driver’s license and access to an insured personal vehicle.
- Reliable transportation to travel to coaching sites and our office.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Prior experience working with children is preferred, though soccer experience is not required.

- Locations: Towson, MD and Burtonsville, MD.
- Term: August 17, 2026 to December 4, 2026.
- Schedule: 30+ hours per week, including weekends.
- Compensation: $13.25 to $17.95 per hour.
- Work Modality: Hybrid (50% on-field coaching, 50% office/events).
