About the role#
The Marketing Leadership Development Program is an 11-week internship at The Hartford. It focuses on building leadership and functional skills across areas like digital marketing, brand management, acquisition analytics, marketing strategy, communications, philanthropy, and social media.
What you'll do#
- Complete real-world assignments within the Marketing and Communications organization.
- Participate in formal and experiential learning sessions.
- Engage in volunteer activities and networking events with company leaders.
- Develop core corporate competencies.
- Receive coaching, mentoring, and regular performance feedback.
What you'll need#
- Expected graduation in May 2027 with a Bachelor's degree.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0.
- A record of high achievement, analytical thinking, and initiative.
- Strong communication, team collaboration, and change agility skills.
- Leadership experience outside of the classroom.
- Academic background or interest in marketing, communications, customer experience, data, or social media.
