About the role#
As an Enterprise Analytics Intern, you will help us understand markets, customers, and business trends across our portfolio of brands. You will work with cross-functional teams to support market research, customer insights, and economic trend analysis. Your work will transform information into insights that support strategic decision-making and business growth.
What you'll do#
- Collect, analyze, and interpret market, customer, and business data from internal and external sources.
- Support economic and industry trend analysis to identify business opportunities and risks.
- Use AI-enabled tools to enhance market research and customer understanding.
- Analyze customer feedback, survey results, and behavioral trends.
- Create dashboards, reports, presentations, and visualizations to communicate findings.
- Translate complex information into clear, actionable recommendations for business partners.
- Collaborate with teams across marketing, product management, finance, and strategy.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Analytics, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and charts.
- Project management skills with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
- Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources and communicate key takeaways.
- A collaborative and team-oriented working style.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with data visualization or business intelligence tools like Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI tools and emerging technologies is preferred.

- Location: Bloomington, Minnesota.
- Term: Summer 2027 (May 17, 2027, through August 6, 2027).
- Modality: On-site.
- Employment: Full-time.
- Compensation: Paid position with an anticipated hourly rate of $20 to $24.
