About the role#
The Office of Undergraduate Admissions is seeking a Student Assistant to support our Systems and Recruitment teams. This is a paid, on-site position based at our Saint Petersburg campus. You will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and assist with daily office operations.
What you'll do#
- Monitor the Admissions lobby and assist visitors with the front desk kiosk.
- Collect, scan, and store admissions documents and resources.
- Greet families, prospective students, and guests in a clear and professional manner.
- Provide customer service to office visitors.
- Explain the application process and enrollment steps to students and parents.
- Assist the Domestic recruitment teams and interact with recruiters, advisors, and applicants.
- Handle other duties and special projects as assigned by the staff.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a student at the University of South Florida.
- General office skills.
- Ability to lift at least 25 pounds.
