About the role#
As a Cloud Engineering intern, you will help maintain and evolve business platforms. You will work on technical solutions from start to finish, supporting the overall performance and reliability of our systems.
What you'll do#
- Troubleshoot issues and resolve incidents to keep platforms running.
- Partner with business and IT teams to deliver system enhancements and integrations.
- Support improvements to platform performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Track project milestones, coordinate with team members, and assist with on-time delivery.
- Maintain documentation, support testing and deployment, and follow IT governance requirements.
- Assess risk while supporting cybersecurity and data protection efforts.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Enrollment in university for the semester following the internship.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.00 or higher.
Location & details#
- This is an 11-week, full-time, on-site internship for Summer 2027.
- Placements are primarily in Lake County, Illinois, or North Chicago, Illinois, though other U.S. locations are possible.
- This position is paid.
